COVID Policies & Procedures
Spots are limited, first come first served
Payment due in full at time of registration
Classes are subject to change.
Classes or clinics will be canceled or combined if there is not enough enrollment in the session.
In order to follow the guidelines set in accordance with class size and facility occupancy, we will offer one (1) make up class. This MUST be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the office via email and there is no guarantee there will be spots for a make-up class. All make-ups need to be scheduled within the current session, they will not roll-over. Please do not call the front office for make-ups, these will get scheduled via EMAIL ONLY.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Credits will be discussed on a case by case basis.
IF A CREDIT IS OFFERED, YOU HAVE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE TO USE YOUR CREDIT
There will be no reimbursement, credit, or refunds given for missed sessions.
Classes will in no way be prorated or discounted, unless it is a late session registration.
If for any reason WGA is forced to close REC classes due to government issued quarantine or closure, WGA will credit your WGA account, the prorated amount of the actual gym closure.
Parents are able to enter the upstairs Parent Viewing room to watch classes, but must note- entering this room is an ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK situation and WGA is not held liable for anyone choosing to enter this room.
Students will be checked in at the main door. If you are comfortable, please drop off and pick them up to limit the number of guests inside the building. The person checking in will call you immediately if there is an issue with temp-checking, so please have your cell phone with you upon drop-off. Pick up will be east of the main door by the garage door. Coaches and staff will be supervising all gymnasts closely before and after practice to ensure your child is safe.
There will be no congregating or watching by the garage door if the door is open, or the main door entry way as these areas need to stay clear for the athletes to safely enter and exit the building.
Hand sanitizer and hand washing will be encouraged throughout the session
Student must bring water bottle, drinking fountains will not be available
Stamps and stickers will not be offered
WGA Student Mask Policy
Unless Local/State/Federal authorities mandate masks again, WGA does not require children, adults or instructors to wear masks as the COVID vaccine is readily available to all. Of course, if you feel more comfortable wearing a mask or sending your child to practice with a mask on, we encourage you to do so.
