COVID Policies & Procedures
Spots are limited, first come first served
Payment due in full at time of registration
Classes are subject to change.
Classes or clinics will be canceled or combined if there is not enough enrollment in the session.
In order to follow the guidelines set in accordance with class size and facility occupancy, we will offer one (1) make up class. This MUST be scheduled 24 hours in advance with the office via email and there is no guarantee there will be spots for a make-up class. All make-ups need to be scheduled within the current session, they will not roll-over. Please do not call the front office for make-ups, these will get scheduled via EMAIL ONLY.
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS. Credits will be discussed on a case by case basis.
IF A CREDIT IS OFFERED, YOU HAVE (1) YEAR FROM DATE OF ISSUE TO USE YOUR CREDIT
There will be no reimbursement, credit, or refunds given for missed sessions.
Classes will in no way be prorated or discounted, unless it is a late session registration.
If for any reason WGA is forced to close REC classes due to government issued quarantine or closure, WGA will credit your WGA account, the prorated amount of the actual gym closure.
Parents and visitors will not be permitted in the building.
Students will be checked in at the main door. If you are comfortable, please drop off and pick up without getting out of your car. The person checking in will call you immediately if there is an issue with temp-checking, so please have your cell phone with you upon drop-off. Pick up will be east of the main door by the garage door. Coaches and staff will be supervising all gymnasts closely before and after practice to ensure your child is safe. If you choose to park and walk your child up please have a mask on, remain 6 feet from others, and do not enter the actual gym area.
There will be no congregating or watching by the garage door if the door is open, or the main door entry way as these areas need to stay clear for the athletes to safely enter and exit the building. We understand that is very frustrating and parents would like to watch their children, however, WGA cannot safely accommodate spectators at this time. These are guidelines that are set by the State of Colorado, though we may not agree with them, we will strongly enforce them to maintain our license and ensure the safety of our community.
If you choose to stand outside your car in the parking lot (away from the doors), please remain 6 feet apart.
Social distancing will be strongly encouraged for students
All equipment will be disinfected before, after and throughout practices
Hand sanitizer and hand washing will be encouraged throughout the session
Student must bring water bottle, drinking fountains will not be available
Stamps and stickers will not be offered
Coaches will spot, only if absolutely necessary and will wear a mask
WGA Student Mask Policy
ALL students 11 years old and older are required to wear a mask when entering the building and leave it on until their first event or warm-up and put it back on immediately after their last event, while exiting the building.
